Together, the team supports customers from initial enquiries and material discussions through development, manufacture, delivery and ongoing production.

Identifying where Harltex can add value in resolving customers’ elastomeric challenges and aligning the appropriate technical and manufacturing resources to support them.

Anything outdoors, particularly spending time in the mountains.

Maintain customer relationships, support enquiries and sales activity, and help ensure commercial and operational requirements are met.

I enjoy interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and developing strong, long-term partnerships.

In my spare time I like going to the gym and watching football.
Hannah Dufty
Group Finance

Job Role
My job is to manage the Groups’ financial resources and ensure that financial reporting and compliance are up to date. I identify key results, trends and financial forecasting to help the business grow and expand.
What do you like most about your job?
I love that no day is the same and that I help to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a lover of fitness. I play hockey and am captain for Bretforton Ladies 1st XI team, I am also a qualified gym instructor and help at my sister’s gym, taking indoor cycling classes.
Sophie Osborne
Customer Service and Procurement Support
Job Role
I oversee all purchase orders and handle enquiries relating to shipments, quotations, and general enquiries. If you contact us regarding an order or delivery, I’ll most likely be the person you speak with.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the variety each day brings and the opportunity to help customers with their enquiries and keep everything organised and on track.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends and staying active at the gym.
