Rubber Technologist with a Batchelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering – London Metropolitan.
MBA in Business Administration & Management – Loughborough.

Job Role
Realising where Harltex can add value to resolving our customers’ elastomeric problems and issues. And in doing so aligning Harltex resource to fixing such issues.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
Anything in the outdoors. With a fondness for the mountains.

The sheer variety of projects that we get to work on and finding innovative ways to add value to our clients requirements.

The complexity of some of the projects that we work on and the exacting standards they require.

Manage on-site operations, build client relationships, and ensures sales or operational targets are met through direct customer interaction and fieldwork.

What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and developing strong, long-term partnerships.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like going to the gym and watching football.

Hannah Dufty

Controller

Job Role
My job is to manage the groups’ financial resources and ensure that financial reporting and compliance are up to date. I identify key results, trends and financial forecasting to help the business grow and expand.

What do you like most about your job?
I love that no day is the same and that I help to achieve the companies short term and long term goals.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a lover of fitness. I play hockey and am captain for Bretforton Ladies 1st XI team, I am also a qualified gym instructor and help at my sisters gym, taking indoor cycling classes.

Lucy Court

Job Role
I am in charge of all purchase orders. I am probably the person speaking to you on the phone when you have any queries regarding shipments, quotes and general questions.

What do you like most about your job?
I think the highlight of my job is playing a part in every stage of the order process whether that be directing the best product to someone or getting down on the shop floor and packing.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to play hockey and crochet, two very different hobbies, that I enjoy nonetheless. If I’m feeling really crazy I may even do a jigsaw puzzle.
