About Harltex
Established in 1985, Harltex is a UK manufacturer of rubber mouldings, extrusions and rubber-to-metal bonded components.
With more than 40 years of manufacturing experience, Harltex supports customers across industrial, engineering, automotive, marine, rail, construction and utility applications. Manufacturing capabilities include rubber compounding, extrusion, compression, transfer and injection moulding, joining and rubber-to-metal bonding.
Our History
Harltex began in 1985, initially supplying moulded and extruded rubber components for the domestic appliance industry.
Since then, the business has expanded its manufacturing capability and the range of industries it serves.
In 2024, Harltex joined the Goodflex Group, adding wider manufacturing and commercial resources while retaining its specialist rubber manufacturing capability.
Our Journey: From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
Harltex began as a small operation focused on delivering high-quality moulding and extrusion mainly for the Domestic Appliance Industry. Over the years, we have grown both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Each acquisition has strengthened our capabilities and broadened our expertise, allowing us to better serve our diverse customer base.
In 2024, Harltex joined the Goodflex family, marking a new chapter in our story. This partnership has further bolstered our resources and innovation capabilities, enabling us to drive forward as a trusted partner to engineers, purchasing managers, and brand teams.
